We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We use regular Malware scanning. Your personal information is obtained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Credit card information you supply for purchases through our sites are inputted into our third party partner and their terms and agreements apply for the protection of your information. All transactions are process through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Sensitive and private data exchange between the sites and the user happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade or rent users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purpose of marketing and advertising. Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users. We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy. Users can set preferences for how Google advertises using Google Ad Settings page. Kim Williams reserves the right to change the privacy policy at any time. If the policy is updated Kim Williams will post the date of the update for user to know when the new policy is in effect.
